Shipping & Logistics

  • For all orders, we typically process shipments within 72 hours after payment confirmation and stock availability.
  • All items shipped from China will be delivered via courier services to your specified address. For bulk purchases (large orders), we will select an appropriate shipping method such as container shipping based on the order size.
  • After the goods have been dispatched, you can check the latest shipping status by logging into our website. Please note that for large cargo shipments, there may not be a tracking number provided, but we will still offer real-time logistics updates.
  • If you wish to cancel an order or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has entered the logistics process, we cannot intercept it for cancellation or refund processing.

Order Cancellation/Refunds

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us before we confirm shipment. For orders that have not yet been shipped, we can provide a full refund. Submit your cancellation request through our customer service channels.

  • Not Subject to Standard Refund and Return Policies: The general refund and return rules listed on this page do not apply to custom products. Unless there are obvious manufacturing defects or the product does not match the agreed-upon specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products.
  • Quality Assurance: Despite this, we are committed to ensuring the quality of each custom product. If the received item has quality issues or fails to meet the agreed standards, we will strive to provide solutions such as repairs, replacements, or other forms of compensation.

Both standard and custom products can be sampled, subject to availability and quantity limitations. Bulk Purchase (Large Orders) Special Terms

For bulk purchases, we generally use container shipping to ensure safe delivery of large quantities. In this case, there might not be a specific tracking number, but we promise to provide full logistics tracking services, ensuring you can always track the status of your shipment.
